Obtaining a pre-approval letter is a crucial step before starting your home search. Here’s why: Understanding your budget helps narrow down your choices and ensures you only view homes within your financial reach. Loan Type Guidance: The type of loan you qualify for can influence the types of properties you can purchase and sometimes the location. Viewing Properties: Many sellers require a pre-approval letter to schedule property viewings, demonstrating that you are a serious and qualified buyer.
