Amanda has a passion for real estate, and helping customers achieve their goals. She is an active member of both the St. Johns County and North East Florida Board of Realtors and is consistently a top-performing agent at Great Expectations Realty. She is considered an elite Realtor, as she is ranked among the top 1.5% out of 14,000+ realtors in North East Florida. She has extensive knowledge and experience with a portfolio that ranges from large tracts of land, luxury equestrian estates, single family homes, manufactured homes, condos, and commercial properties.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys the outdoors with her family. She is currently training her young horse, Fletch, and is involved with Horse Play Therapy Center, St. Johns County 4H, Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Network, The Hastings Rotary Club, and is actively involved in her church.
